"At first I was impressed with them, they gave me a great quote, also had great way of communicating. A little more than a year, the great way of communicating becomes obsolete, they are non responsive, ignore your texts and requests. Besides that you will end up paying 30-40 percent more. So they are good for a year then you need to jump, because other insurance companies are much cheaper and you can contact them at any time instead of waiting for an agent to be working or even for that agent to even care to respond to you. Even if they cared enough to respond back to their clients, I would have stayed, but clearly their clients are not important after they have onboarded them. Hope you change your shop for the better."
