From the very start, Winnie made the entire process smooth, educational, and completely pressure-free. She was incredibly patient and took the time to walk me through every detail of my coverage, ensuring I fully understood each piece rather than just signing me up and sending me on my way. What stood out the most was her genuine professionalism and transparency. Winnie didn’t push me toward unnecessary upgrades, didn’t rush me, and wasn’t just trying to make a sale—she made sure I felt confident about my choices.
